Flight and Transportation
Guests will need to book their own flight transportation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We will have a private ground transportation accommodation for all of our guests from the Cabo Airport to the Hard Rock Los Cabos.
Accommodations
First, RSVP using the form at the bottom. To attend all events, guests must stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos for a minimum of 3 nights. Room rates have been exclusively negotiated, please only use the booking link below to make your room reservations to guarantee event admission and coordination.
All Inclusive
Hard Rock Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort. This means all food and drinks will be provided throughout your time at the Hard Rock. With a plethora of choices, they provide options for Vegans, Vegetarians, Traditional Indian, and more special requests. We will also be providing unique catering during the events.
Unlimited Resort Credit*
Alyssa and Hari’s guests will receive unlimited resort credit for use at Rock Spa (massage treatments, manicures, etc.), Excursions (Luxury Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Experience, Nature Tours, etc.), Family Portraits, and more.
*Subject to a 25% Service Fee.
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment for your requested booking will be charged between 4/1/2022 and 4/30/2022
- Cancellations on or after 4/29/2022 will be charged 50% of their room reservation
- Cancellations on or after 5/29/2022 will be 100% non-refundable
